An Indian convoy transporting a lethal weapon is ambushed, and the men guarding it are killed. The perpetrator is a masked man who leaves a message for the Indian army, stating that he has stolen their weapon and that they must race against time to avoid India's annihilation. Captain Misha encounters an agent in Shanghai who informs her about this before he is assassinated by another disguised attacker. Misha pursues him and engages in a fistfight before impaling him with a sharp knife. However, the man's injuries heal quickly, and he escapes the scene. Misha reports to Colonel Azad, describing how the attacker's wounds healed magically. Azad advises her to keep it a secret and to recruit court martialed troops Firoz (Freddy) and Rakesh (Rocky) for the operation. Misha meets the couple, and while Rocky agrees to join her, Freddy declines, believing that his career has earned him nothing but scorn in the end. Misha and Rocky travel in London and meet Parminder alias Pam, an IT Specialist hired to aid them with the operation. Azad also comes in London, but is shot by the disguised villain. Meanwhile, the squad infiltrates a London Underground to recover the stolen cargo.

Just when the team is about to be defeated, Freddy appears and fights off the masked men. Pam unlocks the vault, revealing that the package is actually a woman named Priya, who was previously engaged to Freddy. Because the hard drives were at risk of being hacked or falling into the wrong hands, the codes for Karan Kavach, a very advanced defence system, were encrypted inside Priya's brain. However, the masked guy and his army kidnap Priya, and after a long chase, the group is captured, with the masked man revealing himself as Kabir, a former friend of the duo. He also discloses that the nearly immortal masked men were actually the duo's clones.

In a flashback, it is revealed that Kabir wanted to assist the Indian armed forces with his latest invention: a cloning technique in which clones based on Freddy and Rocky's DNA could be programmed with commands from Azad and win wars without being murdered. However, when he disclosed his plans to dominate the world with this technology, Azad scolded him in front of everyone and told him to shut down the programme because it violated ethics. Feeling deceived, Kabir resolved to change sides and sell the innovation to India's foes. Priya informed the crew about the plot, and Freddy and Rocky were instructed to destroy the programme and capture Kabir alive.

However, they killed him and were court-martialed for failing to follow orders, prompting Freddy to terminate his engagement to Priya. However, Kabir confesses that he survived because his clone Eklavya, whom he loved as a son, was slain, leaving Kabir traumatised and resentful.

Returning to the present, Kabir confesses that he has cloned Azad and killed the real one. He kidnaps Priya and abandons Freddy and Rocky to perish. The couple manage to murder Kabir's goons and return to the base, where they declare to the crew that because India has never instigated any of the wars it has fought in, Kabir intends to turn Pakistan and China against India by deactivating the Karan Kavach and unleashing airstrikes on both countries, causing India's reputation to suffer abroad. Freddy, Rocky, Misha, and Pam break into Kabir's base, where the latter decrypts the password from Priya's brain. 

Freddy and Rocky repel Kabir's army and eventually face off against their own clones, which keep regenerating thanks to an internal power source. Pam recommends destroying them with a large amount of energy, and the duo eliminates all of the clones by luring them into a power grid, causing them to explode. Kabir begins the airstrikes, but Freddy and Rocky repel him and kill him with a spear. Priya awakens amid failed password tries.
